What is High Priestess?

We are Australia’s largest witchcraft business and right now, we specifically care for and serve Southern Hemisphere witches. We make subscription boxes and other items to enhance your practice and help you create a deep connection with your divine.

Where are High Priestess products made?

We make a big effort to source from Australian creators, artisans and makers. Some of our products are sourced internationally when we can find no Australian maker to create our vision for our customers.


Does High Priestess test on animals?

No, we do not stock any items (subscription box inclusions or standalone products) which are tested on animals.


Does High Priestess use natural ingredients?

Everything we source is holistic - any candles we include are soy, the bath bombs are organics, the herbs and crystals are ethically sourced.


Are High Priestess products vegan?

We make a big effort to make sure that the bulk of our products are suitable for everyone, including vegans. That said - some times we will send out chocolate which won’t always be vegan. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure that this is correctly marked so you can make your own decision about whether you want to consume the product based on your beliefs and values.


What’s your stance on Cultural Appropriation?

Cultural appropriation is a really problematic issue in the spiritual community. At High Priestess, we believe in decolonisation and respect for indigenous cultures. Because we want our work to be for all women, we will discuss goddesses and practices from many cultures - but, where possible, we will always bring in experts who are from the cultures they’re discussing.

We’re not perfect - we’re always learning. And if at any point we misstep, that’s feedback we WANT to hear and will take seriously. The process of decolonisation begins internally, and that’s work we’re continuously doing.

How long until I see results using High Priestess products?

Crafted by witches, for witches, our clients often report feeling the energy of the products from the moment they purchase - the effects of our products are fast and quite potent. But as with all energy work, what you bring to it is key.

Which High Priestess box should I subscribe to first?

If you’re just starting out, or your practice has lapsed, start with our Witches Magic Box.

For those who are a bit further down the path, our Witches Tool Box contains everything in the Witches Magic Box. In addition, it will also furnish you with all the tools you need, not only to create magic for yourself, but to support those who are looking to step into their roles as healers for others.


Does High Priestess have plastic-free options?

We’re aiming to be plastic-free by the end of 2021.


Is High Priestess sold in any stores?

Not at this stage, but we do plan to collaborate with major brands and stores in the future. Join our mailing list to stay up to date about this.


Why is my subscription cancelled?

We have an extremely limited number of subscriptions, so unfortunately when the second payment for your subscription fails, the box we set aside for you is moved back into the available inventory so another witch can manifest some magic in their life. We always give you a heads up this could happen, after the first payment fails.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is included with our subscription boxes at this time. If you’d like to express your box to you, we can ship it to you for an additional $7 AUD.


How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by the next business day. If you order on the weekend, this will be the following business day that is not a public holiday.


How long will it take for my order to ship?

If you choose regular delivery, it can take 5-7 business days to arrive. If you choose express delivery, it can take 2-3 business days to arrive.


Where does High Priestess ship to?

Australia at the moment.


Can I change my shipping address?

You can! Log in here and change your details.


How do I track my order?

You can log into your account here and check your order tracking. Otherwise, you will receive an email from us once your order has been fulfilled and it will contain the tracking. You can also use the Shopify ‘Shop’ app to track your orders automatically (this one is our personal favourite!)


Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, and Zip Pay are all accepted payment methods.


Can I use Afterpay?

Unfortunately, not on subscription products. But for all other products, yes!
