The 12-month Priestess Program was created for women who seek to develop their connection with the divine and also want to build a luxury business. You’ll work with the High Priestess team to deep dive into not only Witchcraft and Lightwork – but how to use these as modalities to help people change their lives.

As a Priestess, you’ll acquire a multitude of skills - from energy work to tarot; crystals and herbs; along with coaching, online marketing and how to create a successful business that will set you free and support your life goals.

See, something you might not know about me is that I grew up around professional psychics - I got to see the best and the worst of the industry. And one of the things that drove me crazy as a kid, was watching amazing, brilliant, talented women share their gifts - while struggling to keep a roof over their heads.

I think there have been some massive shifts around this over the last decade, particularly - I see more and more women realising that they have to fit their proverbial oxygen mask before they can serve others.

This program is designed to help you go deep on understanding and creating the ability to turn your gifts into a paying business that can help you support your family and build the life that you’ve always dreamed of.

It’s truly my mission to help women build their businesses and wealth - because time and again, studies have shown us that when women create wealth, entire communities flourish. In fact, the leading strategy in developing nations right now is to help women set up their own businesses, because this has been proven as a more effective strategy to eradicate poverty than any kind of financial aid!

So How Does It Work?

Over 12 months, you’ll receive mentoring and support tailored to your specific needs. There’ll be weekly coaching calls with the Priestess Council, and you’ll be able to interact with Priestesses in the High Priestess community while taking advantage of our worlds-best business growth resources.

Level 1 of The Priestess Program is structured around 3 main topics, each with a number of modules and activities that go with them:

Personal Mastery is the foundation of everything we do in the Priestess Program.

It’s simultaneously about you and your growth as a person - as well as about you learning the skills and modalities that will allow you to truly support your own clients.

You see, our founder, Leela Cosgrove, believes that you can’t support people through anything you’re not willing to do yourself! Your Personal Mastery modules will help you get control over your own mindset, behaviour patterns (including procrastination and self-sabotage) and create breakthroughs in your own life first!

We do this through a mix of psychological coaching tools - these include things like the socratic method and Maladaptive Schema work, which are used in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and taught in University settings - which work on the conscious mind.

But the real difference in The Priestess Program is that we’re working not only the conscious, but also on the subconscious.

You see, if all it took to make change in your life was for people to understand the logical benefits of doing things differently, no one would ever have any problems!

But realistically, what stops us from taking action and creating the life of our dreams is lurking around in our subconscious mind.

And that’s why the Priestess Program also utilises Witchcraft, spell work, ritual, energy work and other spiritual modalities. These allow us to help clients (and ourselves!) break through our subconscious barriers.

You know, one of the best things about being in a Program like this, is that you get to meet a bunch of other amazing women who are passionate about the same things as you! At High Priestess, we believe that there’s no such thing as competition - instead, we foster collaboration between our Priestesses (and, where appropriate, we can introduce you to other amazing people to collaborate with too!).

Each month we’ll focus on either priestess or business training in an alternate fashion - so whenever you join, you’ll find the content will be useful! If you join on a business month, you’ll start to get your feet underneath you from a marketing and structure point of view - if you join on a coaching month, you’ll be learning new modalities that mix Witchcraft and

Personal Development in order to help your clients (AND YOU!) achieve their goals.

Whether you join on a priestess or business month, you’ll still have access to content in each area that you can work through at your own pace.

The program is entirely self-paced, but is designed to be completed in a 12 month period.

In order to accomplish this, you should expect to invest 4 hours a week into your study and practice.

As a Level 1 Certified Priestess you will have access to private apprentice sessions, a custom video training library and regular online and in-person masterminds so that you have a complete business platform and support system.

Once certified, you’ll be able to use the certification logo on your own website and marketing materials, and you’ll also be listed on our website.

We get daily requests from people who are looking for teachers - these will be directed through our certified partners.

For our top performers – there’ll also be the opportunity to work more closely with the High Priestess team, presenting at Witch School, creating courses sold through the High Priestess community and leading our “Coven” program and retreats (um, did anyone say Egypt?!)

A lot of people ask me "but my business isn't super witchy!" - look, here's the thing. The primary role of the Priestess is to be in SERVICE. If your job is to hold space for others, if you're creating a place for others to understand their power - or if that's what you WANT to do, then this is for you! Businesses we've worked with include:

Who isn't this for:

If you're in MLM / a franchise / or you're selling PLR or MRR content, what we teach isn't going to work for you - my marketing strategies are all around uniqueness - if your product isn't yours, my marketing stuff isn't going to work great for you.

I have a personal rule where I don't work with anyone who is selling weight loss of any kind - as an eating disorder survivor, this is something I can't personally talk about week on week.

We want to be clear though – we won’t certify just anyone. After all, our brand has a reputation to uphold as a premium and luxury supplier!

Unlike some companies, we’re not a certification factory – we’re not just pumping out a bunch of unqualified people for money.

To receive your certification, you’ll be tested by our Priestess Council. If you’ve gone through the materials and done the work over the year, this should be a fairly simple trial – but we will absolutely hold you to a standard.

If you fail your certification test, you’ll have the opportunity to retake it at a later date – but we won’t just put anyone through. Because if we’re giving you the opportunity to get in front of our clients, then you’re aligned with our name – and that means something.

What’s Included In The Program:

• An extensive library of online training materials, covering everything from Witchcraft to Online Marketing and Sales.

• Online Classes and Group Mentoring with our “Priestess Council”

• Live and Online events – you’ll have multiple opportunities to join our in-person events, and while we highly recommend getting to them if you can, it’s still possible to obtain your certification by only attending online classes.

• Opportunities to practice reading – you’ll have the chance to get real, hands-on experience through working other people in our network.

• A Level 1 Certification at the end of your 12 months, which entitles you to use the High Priestess Certified logo, and to be listed on our website as a recommended coach.

Okay, so what’s this gonna cost?

The Priestess Level 1 Certification costs $7,000 (we also offer a payment plan of $150 a week over 1 2 months).

As a reader or healer, we only need to add ONE client a week in order to completely negate the cost of the course.

The business component of this course alone has previously sold for $36,000 a year – it’s made literally millions of dollars for coaches and consultants all over the world. The most important things we’re looking for on this call are enthusiasm and commitment – we know you probably don’t have a lot of experience in this space (bonus marks if you do!), experience is not necessary. But you DO need to open, enthusiastic, and most importantly coachable.
